I would like to spread a word about brand new appointment scheduling system, called ScheduleComplete http://schedulecomplete.com). I came across their website while I was looking for an appointment scheduling software for my wifes dental practice. Since she uses an answering service to take calls, they did schedule her appointments as well, which were in many cases out of sync with the office. Therefore, one of my requirements was to have ability to take appointments in the office and by the call center at the same time and keep them all in line. So, I called those guys for a demo, and after few minutes of demo, I realized that was simple, makes sense! In matter of minutes I had all resources entered and the time
schedule setup. Also, I had setup some automated appointment reminders to the customers and the staff. The best part of it was the price somewhere around $25/month for unlimited appointment scheduling have not received my first bill though...
