Pros
Customer support is incredible. One on one with programmer to solve issues. Same or next day solutions. Willing to upgrade system based on user needs. Integrated database and modules that cover most departments. Very user friendly system with minimal 'screen jumping'. Very reasonable cost given the scope of the system. Web products, online registration and apply online, work great. The open database makes it easy to create custom reports, using Crystal Reports, which can be integrated into the system.
Cons
Very few cons. It's a small company so large scale upgrades take longer to complete. Lacks some reporting elements but most canned reports from any system end up being insufficient for users.
Overall
I have been a satisfied customer for many years. The customer service cannot be beat. This system is great for small to medium schools looking for a reasonably priced, user-friendly, multi-departmental system. Perfect for schools with limited technical support on campus. Runs on SQL Server 2005 which is very reliable, inexpensive, and easy to maintain. This system was basically designed by users so it's built to simplify data entry and retrieval.

Pros
I would recommend this software with no reservations to anyone... although our college did not utilize the business or financial aid components of the software, (they already had software and management didnt want to convert), employees in those offices now want NIAS installed on their machines.... In addition to a great product, the technical support is excellent. It is so comforting to know that a support person can be reached at any time and the answer or problem is solved virtually within minutes. What other company can boast such a record as that?"
Cons
There are NONE!
Overall
I would buy this again for ease of use and ease of dropping tables into ACCESS for reporting.
