Pros
Offered everything we needed to get started with our new storage facility. Love how everything is integrated and simple to use. The more we use it, the more we appreciate it!
Cons
After 4 months of use I have yet to find a "con".
Overall
From customer service to the online program, you just can't beat it. I have recommended it and will continue to do so. Thanks Easy Storage Solution for making my introduction to the Storage Business an "easy" one!

This program is awesome, very easy to use and really stress free. The gentleman Jimmy Sorenson was very patient with me threw this entire learning process and once he walked me threw the system i have yet to need any help witch says a lot.
Cons
its so easy to use it makes me wonder when the hard part is gunna come in
Overall
Love it, fast to learn, great support, and i love that i dont have to backup my files. Highly recommend this product.

Pros
Well I used a 20+ year old dos program. I looked at and did demos of many kinds of storage software. This program is easy, simple and does everything I wanted plus more. Jimmy has went way above the promised help in setting me up and switched from the old program. If you want to have potential clients contact me to help you sell this program just ask. AAAA awesome!
Cons
A little nervous hearing there is a bill that wants to create a "internet kill switch" for the U.S. that our president will have the ability to kill at any time without congress approval. What would we do?This actually just happened in Egypt.
Overall
I'd encourage anyone to try and use this fantastic program.

My customers can book online
My software is web-based so its OK if my computer crashes
My customers have their own online account where they can make payments and receive email and txt message alerts when a payment is due.
It easy to use, I have already had 6 people book a unit from my website and I didn't even have to do anything.
Cons
Nothing really, I love it!
Overall
I would recommend using this company! They do not charge you for support like a lot of other software companies do.
