Pros
Dispatch Direct allows us to keep track of and schedule time for 19 engineers across 4 offices in 3 states servicing over 500 customers. Without the high visibility of our team member's appointments provided by the Dispatch Board and the capability to quickly input, prioritize and schedule service calls we would not be capable of managing our daily workload. In addition, our technicians can easily drill down into a customer location to determine what equipment and contracts a customer has as well as the service history. Finally, once a service call is completed Dispatch Direct conveniently allows us to enter our onsite time, travel time, and other pertinent information required for billing. In short'we could not function without it and our business is extremely efficient because of it.

We use Dispatch Direct for:
T&M Service Calls
Billing T&M Calls
Non-Billable Warranty work
Multi-Day/Multi Tech Installations
Service Maintenance Contracts including scheduling PM calls.
Proposals
An approved proposal can become a Work Order, then become an invoice.
Payroll hours & Invoices flow electronically into our accounting system.
Scheduling is incredibly easy with the Dispatch Board. We have 9 different Dispatch Boards set up for different departments and users.
Cons
The interface to payroll took awhile to get operational to handle all our exceptions.
Overall
A+. Dispatch Direct is the best software that I have used in 30 years in business. It keeps our business organized. Everyone can see at a glance what is happening.
