Pros

- Easy implementation. I gave four stars because I haven't seen any B2B software that deserves 5 and we needed to edit a bit of HTML.

- Very very easy to use. The user interface is intuitive, there isn't any need for a manual etc, my users didn't need one at least,

- Has every feature that a video chat should offer, can't really say anything more, didn't find anything missing :)

- I was sceptical about performance, but the software offers what's promised. I sent around 1500-1800 concurrent users online for an event and fortunately, I didn't notice any problems.

- Product support is very nice and helpful, answered all my questions and even helped me with installation without any addictional charge.

- Free updates for life...

Cons

- The admin panel needs a little facelift but I've been told they are working on it and the free updates will inlude this

Overall

I recommend this solution for anyone, even for large businesses for 2 special reasons:

1. I got what I expected from the software. That happens to me on very rare occasions these days.

2. I got more than I expected, as a customer. We are all partners on the web and I belive that this vendor should be an example for everyone on how to do business. Didn't get anything special, just a professional and friendly service.

5 stars to the product, 5 stars to the company.
