Pros

The NationalField team made themselves available 24/7 to answer any questions or help with user issues. They're friendly, energetic, and knowledgable. I felt like I had a free consulting group along with the platform.

Cons

In the beginning there was some visual bugginess in some of the forms and charts, but they had everything smoothed out within a few days.

Overall

NationalField played a huge role in increasing the number of average door knocks per Vote Corps staffer from 46 per VC in September (when we began to use NationalField) to 126 doors per VC in October. That is the highest level I have seen in my career. NationalField is an absolute necessity on any field campaign and I would want it again on my next campaign.

Pros

Easy to use, intuitive and my organizing staff and volunteers actually ENJOYED using NationalField. That like-ability made all the difference in the world when it came to nightly reporting.

Cons

Requires at least one training session to get the hang of advanced features, but training is included at no additional charge.

Overall

NationalField was a game-changer in Ohio. For the first time I was able to see in real-time what was happening on the ground. It was the key tool for managing our staff and having the accurate, timely information we needed to run the best campaign we could.
