Pros

I had to research, negotiate and help install an enterprise social networking platform for one of my clients. My client was looking for a product that is feature rich, easy to modify with ability to connect other applications into.

i searched various platforms, until i got to Pringo. It is a great product with a lot of features, and at a very good price relative to other full service software out there. We were able to modify its behavior, add a different skin, and connect to the client's internal systems easily. we also liked the customer service team. they helped us with questions and were very responsive.

Cons

installation was a little hard, but with help from their customer service team we were able to complete it.

Overall

Would certainly recommend Pringo to anyone looking to install a social networking software for its clients.
