Pros
Seamless integration with QuickBooks. Good scalability: the add-on modules make AdvancePro as sophisticated as required. AdvancePro grows with you as your business grows. Excellent product for order tracking and fulfillment.
Cons
Sometimes Support can be overwhelmed. And some reports are not as robust as they can be.
Overall
AdvancePro is a must-have for any business that handles inventory.

Pros
The order matrix views are the best way to quickly input and view order contents. The ability to key through a complete product size spread without having to mouse around and find a separate line item in a list is awesome.
The Quickbooks integration eliminated one whole part time job description in our office. We input the customer info, the orders, and bang, the invoicing and financial accounting is automatic.
Cons
We have a couple minor complaints about the automatic sku generation and how it ties the variants to the rest of the financial reporting, but otherwise, this system is an amazing bargain considering the features, the integration, the automatic report generation and the cost!
Overall
I spent a month searching, testing and analyzing software to handle our production, inventory and customer orders and after looking at 10 or more other programs, Advanceware is where we spent our money.
If you are in an industry with products that have multiple sizes, colors or any other variant, this is the best inventory management program for the price. The quickbooks integration is easy, the multiple methods for importing and exporting data makes this program compatible with almost any warehouse, office or factory interface.

Pros
After researching and getting bids from several inventory management companies nobody was able to come close to the value of AdvancePro. The cost was considerably less expensive without any sacrifice of features or usability. This software save me countless hours a month and keeps me and my inventory very organized.
Cons
The software is loaded with rich features that can be overwhelming initially. I'd highly recommend going through all of the tutorials and help menus. I do wish it utilized the standard "right click" options to illuminate what certain functions are.
Overall
I highly recommend this to anyone who needs inventory management (regardless of how involved your inventory might be), order processing & invoicing, and the ability to easily collaborate the information with Quickbooks software. For the price you can touch this, and I doubt you do much better without having an expensive custom system built.

Pros
AdvancePro does everything that I was promised, and all that I need it to do.
Cons
It took some getting used to in the initial set-up phase, and sometimes customer service was a bit backed up when I needed them. Some of the features are a little quirky, but once AdvancePro was set up and live, it is a very comprehensive and usable program.
Overall
Compared to other similar programs in the same price range, AdvancePro offers a much more, comprehensive and complete package.

Pros
Nice system layout and technical support was needed very often and could not work with our IT people nor our secure server application. Not what the sales person told us when we inquired in the beginning. Took our time to review the demo and it seemed to work. Sales person stated that it would integrate with QucikBooks seamlesly. He kept calling us back with a "special offer" or "today only" which I should have know would be too good if it worked.
Cons
Does not work with Canadian version of QuickBooks. Will not transfer postal codes and other information that is not part of the US set up. Also had difficulty in getting the system to work on our secure server and they wanted us to open up the server to make system work. Our IT person indicated that he would not allow this and he had spoken to them numerous times before we bought, when we installed and they indicated it would be no problem in our secure set up. See my response at the QuickBooks site on this system. After we spent thousands of dollars in IT time and phone calls we asked for our money back and they said we had surpased the 30 day refund period. To date they have not called us back to see why we have not used it.
Overall
I would not recommend this product for Canadian customers. They are US based and if you are a very small business it may be ok. We are doing in excess of 2m per year and it would not work for us. QuickBooks is still a better buy for the money than Advance Pro. Besides QB works in Canada, Advance Pro they say they can make it work! Still waiting for them to show me it works and then again to show me my money. Stay away from Advance Pro in Canada.

Pros
Basic Functionality is pretty solid. Gets all the major business tasks done as far as order creation, fulfillment, invoicing and inventory management. It also integrates well with QuickBooks. Not a lot of unnecessary steps for all processes. Level of technical Support is thorough and response time is appropriate. Bar-code scanning works well and is efficient and accurate.
Cons
Interface could be a bit more esthetic. While the work-flow is simple and efficient, learning it can be a little challenging at first.
Overall
The core functionality is good, maybe the little things need polishing. Nothing however that breaks the functionality. The software has greatly improved the accuracy and efficiency of all of our order processes. The product works well but could be polished. The stuff that we need works, some of the things that we want to work are either in development or need to be tweaked a little.

Pros
AdvancePro is presented to have all the foundation components as well as bells and whistles of a small to mid-size business inventory management software package. Conceptually it has everything one could use in an inventory management software package. The data export (although typically inaccrate) integrates well with Quickbooks.
Cons
After fully committing to it and using it for six months it falls completely short at every level. It's clearly no where near market-ready and customer support is completely unresponsive. If you're okay with customer support offering "fixes" a week after you open a trouble ticket then this may be the company for you.
Overall
I rarely take the time to review products however in this case the product has nearly shut my business down on several occasions and I'd hate to see others go through the same. I've spoken to some other users who have expressed identical complaints.
