Comments: Our experience with Biz Slate has been poor, unfortunately. We purchased the product in Sept 2016 with their commitment to interface with our ecommerce platform by our go live date of Jan. 2017. Scheduled software functionality/enhancements that were to be completed in Q4 did not happen, and continue to run behind schedule nor did the interface with our ecommerce platform.
During the sales process, my phone rang constantly with calls from the sales team. As we began to realize the delays and ultimately the lack of delivery of certain functionality, our phone calls are not getting returned. We are a fair trade company with limited resources, our experience with this company and their ability to deliver on commitments have been horrible. The basic functionality of the software is good, which is the reason for the second star.

Comments: Our company has be utilizing a 100% manual system for all our business operations.
As we continue to grow, it was evident that we need an all inclusive solution.
BizSlate was the answer, and are very impressed with its capabilities!

Comments: I am implementing the software and integration. The customer service is good and we are working towards a fully fontional sysytem.

Recommendations to other buyers: It is a great value but takes time to understand

Comments: We are still in the process of implementing BizSlate into our every day work day but so far the process and the support we have received have been outstanding. Our customer support person is always available and always extremely helpful and polite. We compared a lot of different programs before landing on BizSlate and are very happy with our decision. It is easy to use, makes things much more streamlined and efficient and is a great value.

Comments: We've been working with BizSlate for several months now and have had a great experience so far. It is very user-friendly which is always a plus. The level of customer service has been superior with every person we've dealt with from the CEO, to the Account Executive, to the Implementation Specialist. They have worked hard to make customizations based on our needs.

Comments: We are very excited regarding the implementation of this software. The learning curve has almost nil. It is very intuitive and easy to use. Zak our trainer has been on top of all our request and questions. We think this is going to a wonderful relationship.

Comments: I spent 5 years shopping around for a comprehensive ERP system that would fall in line with my business motto "work smarter not harder".

It wasn't until I found Bizslate a couple of months ago when I was immediately impressed with all the functionalities that this cloud-based system provides. They have everything I am looking for which my current ERP system does not provide like email invoices, update true costs as and when we receive our factory purchase orders, update product images per style/color, ability to view my available inventory while entering orders (so I do not oversell), etc.

Although I am not up and running yet as I am still in the setup process, I'd had so much support when I needed questions answered from the Implementation Specialist to the Account Executive and from even Marc Kalman himself.

The system is web/cloud-based, so there is no need to store costly hardware in your office. You also have the flexibility to use the system from any computer as long there is internet. It is perfect for a business like mine where most of my staff work in remote locations all over the country and globe.

The Sky is the Limit with BizSlate!

Comments: Our selection of Bizslate was based on features, pricing, and the ability of Bizslate to customize their system functionality to fit our specific business needs. Bizslate is currently mapping our data within the Bizslate system, and I have participated in 5 training sessions to date covering system setup, purchasing, order entry, product allocation and finance. In my limited hands on experience, the system is intuitive and easy to use. All my communications from Bizslate staff have been professional, well informed and timely. Everything I have seen so far is promising, and I look forward to going live with Bizslate soon.
