Pros

Very easy to send our Customer Surveys to targeted customers on a monthly basis. Simply to make changes to the survey's and the cover e-mail letters. Easy storage of returned surveys.

Cons

A little cumbersome to add new contacts into my contacts list. Would be helpful if there was a more direct interface with my outlook contacts list.

Overall

I like this product a lot for surveying out customers.
