Pros

The interface engine is very flexible and I see multiple applications for it in our operation. Instruction was well balanced between concept presentation and hands-on exercise. Development and training personnel are now only knowledgeable but also eager to learn from users and implement their ideas to make the product better.

Cons

Our product purchase is pending, so I can only comment on my the experience that I received in 3-day training session.

Overall

Excellent product and customer service.
