Pros: Easy to use. Works.

Cons: More expensive than competitors, but it's easy to use, and works.

Overall: All we wanted was a business phone number that would allow us to reliably receive phone calls from anywhere in the world. The alternatives couldn't do that. Tackle lets us receive phone calls through a single toll-free number that get forwarded to any number in the world. Fantastic. In addition, the software is extremely easy to use. It only took a few minutes to setup and test before we could put a phone number on our website.

Great experience! Business friendly and simple to use.

Comments: Tackle solved a few problems we had when used with another app. No more poor VOIP quality and reliability issues for us thanks to Tackle. Highly recommended!

Comments: I only have good things to say about Tackle. I needed a toll-free number that could manage call forwarding. The software worked perfectly. Setup was straightforward & well-designed. And, the personality of the product is really great too!

Comments: We had issue after issue with two VOIP vendors, purchased thousands of dollars worth of equipment (router, phones, conference phones)... and the system just never worked well. Other voice platforms online didn't offer the flexibility of routing and managing calls.

Some of the platforms we could sign up for were going to require development if we wanted to use them that way. We're a technology company and knew it shouldn't be so expensive and so difficult with poor platforms and terrible customer service.

Then we found Tackle... my goodness! I literally had us up within an hour and then we just had to wait for the phone number to port over. The user interface could not be easier and the customer service was exceptional. It's been fantastic and is saving us a ton of money.
