Pros

Great looking site with the lowest fee's anywhere. My customers appreciated not being ripped off with high service fees. I appreciated that the website didn't look plain and generic like some of the other low cost ticketing companies.
24/7 phone service 365 days a year
Low service fee's that the customer pays and promoter gets 100% of their ticket sales.
Great looking website, mobile tools, barcode scanning.
Any type of event can be handled by this company. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest company to work with. theater's, dances, dinners, concerts, etc
No Will Call Fee (i've seen other companies charge $4.50)
No Print at Home Fee (i've seen other companies charge $2 or $3)

Cons

That I didn't find them sooner.
