Archiving is easy and encrypted.
Invoicing is relatively simple and can be done in English or in French... But the invoice automatically sent via e-mail in many languages (Spanish, German, Italian, etc...)
Automated statements are sent to my bank every last day of the month via automated e-mails.
Cons
You need to take about 1 hour to learn how to do the simple functions. But to optimize your usage it takes 2 to 3 hours alone or maybe 45 minutes via the Crescendo help support group. It is worth it.
Overall
It is a future market leader there are no doubts in my mind.
