Pros
- Time savings for users and accounts payable has been great (feed back on ease of use is good)
- Using the software is easy and have found that very little training is required by new users or approvers.
- AMEX downloads reduce the amount of time take to complete claims
- On line approvals allows claims to be approved from any place (some employees in the company have interstate or overseas managers)
- On line access allows users to complete their claims even when travelling.
- Turn around from the support desk is very good
Cons
- Reporting on the software is not very good
Overall
I would highly recommend the software to any prospective user. I have found Incharge to be an excellent company to deal with in all areas of business.

Easy to use - very easy to train

More flexible reporting required and payroll system integration; would like to see a roadmap that includes other conturies in the pipeline- eg New Zealand, USA, Asia

One of the best on the market; well supported; reliable and very stable; very well priced; gains in efficiency were almost instant;

Easy to use. Easy to administrate. Webbased and therefore everywhere accessable. Download possible. Incorporates all our internal needs. Detaild information. Simple checks which allow accurarte data. Well arranged. Customising possible.
Cons
Maybe not every need considered (but normal as still in development).
Overall
Great product and highly recomendable.
