Comments: We've been using Hub staff for tracking time for our team members while they are working from a remote location.
Not only this offers a flexibility to them to work remotely but also enables time tracking at all time so that we ensure effective work.

Comments: Hubstaff has been a crucial time-tracking software for us. It helps us ensure that we're billing correctly based on the amount of time we're spending and also has allowed us to track employees time more effectively. We found recently that one employee wasn't using their time wisely and we never would have known without Hubstaff!

Comments: Hubstaff is the best time-tracking software we have used. Our team is spread out all over the world. We also have members working in the same office space. But, however we work, we use Hubstaff to ensure our productivity, especially since all of our work are done using a computer. If this is the set-up of your team, I highly recommend Hubstaff for you.
For the managers, this is also a great tool to track everyone in one glance. The daily reports and statistics can give you an idea on how your team is performing.
Hubstaff also updated their offering, which now makes it the most competitive productivity and time-tracking tool in the web. You can see the URL your team visits while working. You can also see their notes.
Because of Hubstaff, the stress on micromanaging is reduced.
For me, I personally use Hubstaff to track my own productivity as well. I can see if I have been working or if I was just wasting my time browsing Facebook.
Whether you are a small team or a huge enterprise, Hubstaff is the best tool for everyone (even for one-person businesses).

Comments: We are a small company (6 users) and we use it to calculate time on projects. With the desktop app, it's a no brainer to use. Very easy to implement and the people didn't need much formation to be able to run it. Plus, I exchanged several emails on improvements and comments and always had quick replies and responses to my concerns. A "must have" to manage your time.

Comments: I searched a lot for a good time tracking software to apply to computers and employees of our company. I found many, but few had a Mac version. I even install some, but none as simple and efficient as Hubstaff! With an easy and straightforward interface, with the possibility of time corrections and even check activities of employees with periodic saved screens... I found the Time Tracking we needed! I recommend to all who need / want to manage a project and employees.

Comments: I've enjoyed using hubstaff to record my consulting hours for well over a year now. Since I work across both Mac, Linux and sometimes Windows it's been very important for me to have a time recording tool that works across all platforms. Whenever it's time to invoice a client I can get a detailed specification of the hours recorded straight from the report section. Love it :)

Comments: I'm an independent contractor, who needed a platform to screenshot what I was doing for a client. My work is varied for him - I built his website, curate and schedule social media, link build, etc. And I write blog posts, which are not charged hourly, but by the piece. Hubstaff lets him verify I'm actually working on his project, and lets me add manual time for the blog posts to keep invoicing/accounting straight for both of us. It's easy to use, too.

Comments: Before using hubstaff, I was afraid to hire for my business - I'm a control freak and so trusting someone with important business tasks was very uncomfortable for me.

I finally hired my first virtual assistant and it helped a lot to see the screenshots and how efficient she was working. Hubstaff also made it easy to pay her, integrate with my project management system, and I love how up-to-date they are and always adding new feature.

I'm already starting to hire way more people for my business - and I feel totally stress-free and excited actually! I tell everyone about Hubstaff now.

Comments: HubStaff is easy to use, and reliable. I certainly can't complain. It gets the job done as I'm getting my job done. So, strong pros in terms of efficiency, reliability and trust there - probably the most important aspects of this type of software. The only con I can think of is that its interface isn't always the most intuitive. It can take some clicking around before finding what you need. (But they do have a video tour upon sign-up; for those of us who skip instructions, however, it'll take some click time to get a full grasp of the program's interface.)

Comments: I was using this for my freelancing services and it gave me the ability to easily record what my freelancers are doing. I was able to monitor and see multiple freelancers at once and know exactly how many hours they worked. I exported it all out and provided this as invoice to my client, which acted as record of service delivered.

Comments: Overall we really like Hubstaff. The ability to track our virtual employees and monitor their work is great. Running reports to get totals for end of week billing is also fantastic. We had a few issues while they were making updates but the customer service is second to none. I always get a quick response that usually solves my problem or at least gives an explanation. One thing I think that could make the product better, is if you didn't have to go from 5-10 users all at once. Our business is small and grows slowly so to add employees 1 at a time would be much better for us.
