Pros

Other vendors wanted to sell me an LMS and Intelladon listened and realized that the most important thing TXT needed was the development of targeted marketing and training elearning modules that educated your channel partners and customers on the key value propositions of TXT and how to most effectively engage the company. In addition to the development of the elearning modules, Intelladon provided a turn key hosted and administered LMS solution for delivering, tracking and reporting on customer and channel partner training.

as any service company they are busy. you need to keep under control the project timeline.

I would definitely reccomend to work with Intelladon.

Pros

While we are still in the early stages of implementation, the program does seem to address all of our needs. Certainly the team at Intelladon have been extremely supportive, and available readily and quickly to any situations that occur.

Cons

Once you decide to enroll in a module, it would be nice if one click could bring you right there, as opposed to the three clicks required presently. I have not asked the team to address this as yet however, and it may be possible to modify this aspect.

Overall

The software is extremely flexible, it would seem to support a huge array of possibilities, in terms of your organization and the possible variations one might require. It's nice that you can choose the level of sophistication you require, so it's not necessary to have a vast amount of fields that you don't need. The training given by Intelleadon was complete and very helpful. And it seems easy to access the team whenever you have questions.
