Pros

Powerful Inventory Module, Multiple units of measure
Pictures on inventory items fixed after update.
Site equipment records are nice
Nice layout and look to most modules
Many features in customer master for entry and billing.
Sometimes tech support was good



Cons

Weak PO module, looses material. Unfinished features in program. No Bar-code scanning of inventory items. To many clicks on invoice screen for labor entry. No shipping costs to invoices without manual entry Posting is not always correct. System looses invoices. Printing invoices is not dependable as the program skips some invoices even though print box checked. Have verified bug via written check list. Merging of invoices is dangerous, program may vaporize. Dispatcher cannot read what a tech did in the field unless job is sent back in. If customer calls in the dispatcher cannot see what was done on any job on hold or pending parts until the job is ready for billing.. Invoices get stuck on mobile computers, have to be manually removed. If you recall a work order from a mobile the entire description is erased. Cannot see dispatch info on invoice, have to look up orig call. Sent updates out without fully testing them. I had to take screen shots and email to prove bugs.

Overall

Told when bought support was $1500 year. 2nd =$3500, 3rd =$5000, 4th =$5000. PO module looses parts. If parts guy purchases an item for a job that is already out on a mobile it will disappear. PO Module is weak and worst drawback of software. Shipping costs require man entry. Cannot see PO record directly from invoice screen, click PO button, remember number,open PO module, manually enter number and click to open PO.. If PO is a mobile PO then its number is way to long to find so you will have to review dates to find it as it does not display properly on invoice screen.. Tax on invoice screen does not auto calc,, Click tax button every time to insure proper tax.. One year we had around 120 calls for support. About 80% were bugs in the system but they wanted to charge us the following year for calls made as if it was our fault. Some items promised when bought never worked right.
