Pros
dispatch is great all aspects of it.
Cons
i have a problem with not being able to go back in revenue settlements and change things. nobody is perfect and mistakes do happen. also the reports does not tell me everything that i need ti know. used quickbooks before and was much simplier. can't pull up a pervious dispatched loads

need to have more in depth reports. accounting end
takes some getting use to.

Pros
overall is easy to use and reliable for dispatch
Cons
training was limited and I'm not sure we are getting the full use of the system. Can't find a way to get list of loads for individual trucks in dispatch. Some areas seem to require multiple clicks to complete function. Would be helpful if system kept track of where the truck unloaded the last unloaded. Phone numbers have to have the - put in.
Overall
Good system, keep working on making it more user friendly
