This site allows our community members to connect via email, with an electronic member directory, by sharing documents, and posting on the galleries. The information is password protected for homeowners, yet we can post what we want to be available to the external website too. We can vote on issues electronically, reserve facilities, and transfer information easily. We've haven't used the SMS texting feature yet, but I think it will be good too.

After reviewing numerous HOA website systems, we found Interaction to be the most complete, intuitive and cutting-edge application on the market today. Each property we have introduced the system to, is equally excited about what Interaction has to offer in efficient management and communicating with its residents. We are equally impressed with the developers and management of F3 and what they bring to the table; unparalleled professionalism and consistently exceeding expectations. We are delighted to be involved with all that Interaction and F3 management has to offer.

Excellent product for HOA's or any formal group in need of an easy but sophisticated management, payment processing and communication tool.
