Pros: It helps me very easy to a have a look in a few minutes to see what is going on in our company in the bookings and also financial administration.

Also the customer service is very helpfully and they help me quickly in every question.

Cons: When I look for a adress from a guest who visit us before, and I write the name falsch in the system than I cannot find it.
For example I look for Family van de Berg, and it must be Family van den Berg than the system doesn't regonize it. It's only 1 letter that is spelled wrong and it seems like that we do have a guest with that name.
It would be friendly-er when you see it immidiatley in the system.

A directly mailing like a Newsletter to all our guests
for example with a special discount.

Overall: It's works very friendly and the customer support is helping very good.
Also the customer who visit our homepage to book a accomodation are very happy that they can reserve online.
Maybe for the future we want to use a online paying system but for now it's okay.

Recommendations to other buyers: When you use this system for 1-2 years like us, a special training to use the system perfectly, not per email or to send a map with updates but I like to speak personally somebody who can tells me the new things and the right way to use. Toghether wits some other user so we can talk toghether and give eachother tipps. Sometimes I think that I use the system not totally , there a so many more things I dont know how it works.

Pros: outstanding helpdesk!
Very easy to use and fast system.
Realtime XML connection with Booking.com
Error free connection with a payment service provider
Many standard statistics available

Cons: Pricing could use more functionality (commission % or discount %) or multiple rates that can be assign to an agent
I'm still hoping for a connection with Expedia.

Overall: Very easy to use, failure free.
Does everything you want from a reservation system. We use the system during the whole day for manual input, online sales and through XML connection.
we sell directly to customers as well as to agents. For all purposes the system offers most, if not all, necessary support.

Recommendations to other buyers: I advise every small and midsize accommodation to put Reflex on the short list when looking for a (new) reservationsystem.

Pros: That you can book in just 3 steps

Overall: It's an easy system to use. The customer support is always very helpfull and quick in answering questions.

Comments: Jammer dat niet alles goed vertaald wordt naar het Nederlands. En dat er op sommige gebieden te veel beperkingen zitten.

Comments: I am working with this programm for a year now and it is really easy to work with. The training for implementing the program is very focused on your personal needs and makes that you can quickly get used to the program and work with it. The costumer service is very good, they are experienced and solve any problem.

Comments: After starting with this program more than a year ago, we are very satisfy with the use off it:
it's build up with understandable logic, flexible how we want to ""act" our input and for questions etc. there is the customer service, who knows a lot of the program and helps us, if needed, always back on track!
