CRiSTAL WMS is a very user friendly system to use that meets 98% of my company's requirements. The customer service is simply unmatched as the CRiSTAL WMS team is always available when needed. Quite simply put I highly recommend this system especially for smaller companies looking for their first WMS system. You won't be disappointed.
