Pros

System has done well at everything I have tried so. First internal team webinar went smoothly and people got a lot more out of it than they were getting from the conference calls we were using previously.

I am anxious to get some client webinars set up so I can evaluate how it works for sales.

Cons

I don't have an extensive enough set of collaboration groups to fully test out its capabilities.

Pros

Very user friendly, No IT resources or support needed, can create unlimited private workspaces. Customers and prospects gave very positive feedback

Cons

can't think of any other than we keep finding more and more ways to use this tool :)

Overall

There is a free trial which gives you an opportunity to try different scenarios. The web conferencing on this tool has cut our cost from using costly services.

adding web conferencing!!

5 stars. Try it they have a free trial. Lots of features. Unlimited storage and users can set as many workspaces as they need. Even someone in sales can set it up without help from IT
