It is very easy to use and facilitates team research and communication.
You can customize the way you organize your research creating new projects, lists, adding colums, and adding teammates to share it with.
You can check all Recent Activity.
They have very good customer support.
Cons
When I have found a con, I made a comment to customer support and their programmers have fixed it and improved it.
