Pros

Graphical workflow tool based on UML Activity Diagram with Workflow. Incredible number of widgets, plug-ins and workflow constructs (loops, sub-forms, notifications, etc.). Easy to understand and implement from concept (business process) to workflow on SharePoint. Have done workflows with associated form (designed in InfoPath but users don't need it), in under 1 hour. Forms, list items, documents are easily managed via process with this tool. The graphical nature allows regular SMEs and other stakeholders to understand the process visually, allowing shorted time to agree on how the process should work.

Cons

Documentation has a few typos in it, and syntax of plug-in options can be a little tricky to learn, but after that you'll fly.

Overall

Highly recommended. We use this in our SharePoint Workflow Factory (http://www.spsworkflow.com/sharepoint-workflow-factory.ashx), and will help clients acquire the tool to develop their own factory in-house.
