Pros
I have been using WFM for a couple of years.
I find this system friendly and easy to use. it is reliable and makes sense.
Its GUI is innovative and while working with it, the flow is very intuitive and agile.
WFM is flexible and allows the user to control every hour separately.
Using WFM, I can insert data and its limitations regarding the agents, which then allows me to elicit and control the agent schedule.
Cons
WFM main limit, in my opinion, is that it lacks the ability to define a limit as a preference rather than as a restriction.
Overall
Better Plan Ltd. is actively involved in WFM implementation process
Also, WFM is relatively cheap than it competitive, yet allows flexibility and optional adjustments by Better Plan Ltd. I am pleased with the service and problem solving Better Plan Ltd. supplies.
