Pros
Quick to respond to feedback, questions and feature requests. Have detailed policy options and it is flexible enough to implement our policies the way we'd like to.
Cons
Little hard/confusing to navigate. Still a bit confused on Time off policies and how they apply to each specific user. I've found myself updating each individual user's settings more than I expected to, and it would be great to have that the time off policy affect each user's settings... or at least have a bit more flexibility in addressing that.
Overall
Keep up the good work. We're very satisfied with the response time to our feature requests and support questions, and you've got a great system so far.

Pros
It is very easy to use and implement. Once you learn the system it can give you what you need as far as reports.
Cons
Would like to have viewing of the calendar to view the entire year at once for the managers and the admins. So perhaps some addition viewing options, quarterly, etc...
Overall
it would be nice that if you change a day in the system for an official holiday or that a holiday has been removed that it alerts the users to rebook that time off or that it automatically books that time off of their allotment.

This product is easy to use and implement. It offers what we need.
Cons
It looks like I have to enter company holidays in every year which is redundant and I also have to create 2 logins for myself because I am an administrator and also an employee.
Overall
It's a pretty good product and is easy to use. It seems to do everything that we need although we've only been using it for 1 month. My primary complaint is that the administrator login cannot also be an employee.

This product is very easy to use and implement. It offers a great amount of flexibility to accommodate numerous configurations. The auto accrual features are great. The calendar options are very robust as well. Many configurations/options are set once and you never have to touch them again. Customer support response is phenomenal. Very quick and very thorough every time.
Cons
Sometimes certain functions/features are a bit hard to locate.
Overall
This is a great product, very reliable, and easy to use. After reviewing several options this was by far the hands down winner. I have not second guessed my decision at all.

Pros
Time Off Manager has been ideal for our growing company. It offers many features that allow for flexibility while still providing clarity and ease-of-use. I really enjoy the many different options available for access, reporting, and customization.

Overall
I highly recommend Time Off Manager! I researched at least 12 other options, but Time Off Manager clearly separated from the pack with its functionality, appearance, and simplicity.

Pros
The most affordable product we found, while maintaining complete functionality. Customer support and responsiveness to customer requests is excellent. Intuitive steps and controls. Audit trails allow for easy and complete research of employee leave behaviors. Wide variety of reports are ready-made.
Cons
Ability to establish multiple tiers of approval would be nice.
Not able to build a custom calendar (different number of days per week or hours per day during different parts of the year)
Overall
We had been using a pen and paper system to approve and track employee leave and we were drowning under mountains of leave requests, that didn't always make it through the process before the date of leave. Time Off Manager allowed us to save trees, time and our sanity! Upon implementation, the employee feedback was glowing and enthusiastic. At last - for employees and managers both - a quick and easy way to handle leave requests! Errors in processing leave have drastically decreased. Employee understanding and knowledge of leave programs increased. And the HR and Payroll departments are happy!

The system is very user friendly and has worked well with our diferent time-off types & rules. User support has been great in making modifications that allow us to use the system without any additional manual recordkeeping.

I have always had amazing support with the TimeOffManager. This was the first purchase I ever made for my company and I am really happy with it. Jason is constantly improving the TimeOffManager site, and the one time an update went against our normal flow of work he created a work-around for us within a day.
Cons
Creating users can be a pain. I would love it if you could make it so that you could push accruals out to every user based on a user that is already set up (or something along those lines so I dont have to deal with the accruals every time I create a user).
Overall
I would recommend this to any small company. I think that if user's could be created with a bit more ease this would be great for any company large or small. I am extremely happy with my choice in picking TimeOffManager. Jason has been a great help with any questions/issues I have had, and he always gets back to me quickly! Thanks for all the hard work!

Pros
Time Off Manager is easy for all the employees here to use. It's a great way to track how much time off an employee has used and how much they have left. Requesting a day off is very simple, and now we do not have to fill out a form for that, so we are saving paper too!
Cons
I think the partial day off request could be improved.
Overall
I would definitely recommend Time Off Manager.

The initial upload form was a little confusing, importing balances for each EE from another system, but I did eventually fill out the upload excel sheet correctly on my third try.
Overall
9 out of 10. Simple, low cost, easy to use, and I can call the owner of the company on his cell for customer support.

Pros
Night and day from our previous system; this has cut down my manager's work load tremedously.
Cons
We have different managers on site all with their different groups; I like the process to be easier for adding/removing technicians under then (due to vacations). Currently, when manager is on vacation, we can add a group very easily to the manager covering. However, when trying to remove people, you have to do it one technician at a time verus one button that will remove a group.
Overall
Excellent; highly recommend.
