Overall experience is awesome. As it's subscription is affordable for small cap companies too and each and every feature works perfectly.

We can't remove it as other clients use this while we use PTO. Downside, our employees tend to file a wrong request and leads to manual adjustment/payroll dispute.

Hier payroll comes with great value for it's money, comparing it's functions to it's subscription fee, the tool is quite an asset, comes with great accuracy and efficiency.

This app supports me in managing HR duties and responsibilities very effectively. It is easy to use and affordable at the same time.

It can be annoying incase the user is stacked and need urgent response and end up consuming much time waiting for the response from your team.

It is a good platform which supported us in planning HR operations with ease for all our employees.

There is no app for filing of leave, overtime, timelog.

We have had a wonderful experience with Alliance. The transition from ADP was easy because of their knowledgeable implementation team.

It was a lot of hit and miss. In the end our system is working properly, but the frustration was there and the feeling that we made a mistake was overwhelming.

Customer Service is sometimes hard to receive a prompt answer from.

We have received the best support from our Customer Service representatives. They are knowledgeable, and quick to help with any questions or issues that we may have.

Most customer service people specialize in one area only which also causes problems. I did have people giving me training that didn't even know how to work certain areas which was also frustrating.

I like that Alliance is very user friendly. It is easy to use once you learn it and it is very easy to get reports created to compute the data that you need.

It's not the hardest thing in the world, but this request was sprung on us toward the end of implementation & this would be incredibly overwhelming for the technologically disinclined.
