Cvent Webinar vs Zoho Webinar: Which is a better fit?

The user interface is clean and simple. Love the branding opportunities within the tool.

If using on a laptop, some of the features are distorted. The chat function cannot be turned on and off.

I like that it's user friendly and has tools to improve accessibility.

I do feel its lacking in some features I've thought to be essential. We have a major spam issue with many attendees jumping into our webinars who are not associated with the G2M we're targeting.

I like the ease and simplicity of Cvent Webinar. It is easy to set up and send invites.

I use it few times a year and I like it. I feel confident with it for my webinar.

Lost initial registration and account information.

I like that Zoho Webinar is highly customisable and easy to use. The video quality is great and its a stable webinar.

Sometimes users get confused about connectivity.

I really like how easy it is to use. And I love the automated emails (both reminders and the the follow up emails).

There was lag in both audio and video in organizer and attendee screen which caused some issues in conducting the webinar.

This platform has been a wonderful one to have helped me do what i truly wished to do, I am not a tech savy, but still it was very simple and easy for me to use.

No possibility to integrate the contact list into my CRM.
