I cannot speak to the security of the software or the customer support because I have yet to have issue with the software. Getting the results you are looking for is a bit time-consuming when working with AI software because it is still learning and does not necessarily understand what you are asking it to do. One might find issue with the time it takes to get what you are wanting from the software. Pros I am writing a book and have found that the content creation portion is very good for creating static graphic designs - once you figure out what prompts are required to produce what you want to create. My great grandkids loved the children's puzzles and especially enjoyed the storybooks which are made using their own photographs. Cons As with most of this company's "buy once" software - you purchase a small version for a reasonable price then find out that to use most of the good functions, you must purchase the extended version for a higher price. You have several image and video editing tools, but they are all AI driven, so getting the results takes the time to learn the proper prompting techniques. Often I get consumed by Artistly because it always inspires me to create even more images. Artistly is a a rabbit hole of Amazing images and can easily distract you from other tasks. Pros I was not using the more advanced features when I first purchased Artistly. It is more than just an image generator, it is also an image editor. the features are robust. I dodn't even know how to use all of them. It is easy to create original, eyecatching images with it. It can also do Social Media Ads, Posters, Thumbnails, Story Books, and more. It is only limited by your imagination. Cons While they are many tutotorials, it is so feature rich, that it could use more tutorials of the advanced features. They were good - but because they seem to not care about issues and problems, and when their users speak up on their group or facebook page, these are deleted. Don't trust them fully. Pros when it works, its cute. But it gets so frustrating. These people create, create, create new app but don't keep to their current products. So you see, Artistly has been sliding in quality. Cons Team Artistly.ai - start getting your act together, your product has started down the dump hole. It has taken me 5 tries to do 16 page storybook. How useless has your app gone. Come people, do better. Anyone looking for an honest review - check out other softwares first before committing to this one. I sense it is going downhill - it has started. Cons Im Advanced und Fast Modus wird links das Eingabefeld mit der Phrase/Prompt geschlossen, bzw. eingeklappt ist der Prompt weg und verloren. Ich habe deswegen immer ein Texteditor offen wo ich die Phrasen/Prompts kopieren und speichern kann. Eine Funktion zum speichern der Phrasen/Prompts fehlt leider bei Artistly. Die Upscale Funktion für ein 16:9 Bild schneidet es in den Seiten ab, bzw. wird immer ein 1:1 Bild generiert. Das sollte besser werden mit einer freien Eingabe der Zielauflösung in Pixel und den Vergrösserungs Faktor.
