MSPs seeking more revenue & profitability, and IT Departments needing to do more with less use Kaseya VSA to remotely and easily scale and manage less than 100 to more than 50,000 endpoints
DevOps engineers, Managed Service Providers, Hosting companies, e-commerce, SaaS, and Enterprise tier companies.
The feature set is huge and its automation capabilities are excellent. Support is generally good and their techs are knowledgeable more often than not.
Have been totally disappointed to have t wait over 4 months to get patching sorted, no amount of calls could fix the issue that made us look so incompetent to our customers.
Super happy to have this tool. It makes life funu for our IT office which makes them even more proactive than traditional reactive.
Terrible customer service, NO Support, slow, lousy features for the price.
All in all it's a pleasure to work with if things don't break, which is not too often compared to other software products. And what would be the fun if it never went kaput.
The mobile device management module does not work well.
The visual design of Kaseya is very pleasant on the eyes. Its so easy to spot tickets coming in from different queues, updates and more thanks to its smart design.
It isn't intuitive enough and you can end up configuring it in a way that causes you problems further down the line.
Happy to recommend Panopta to anyone looking for a reliable, robust monitoring solution.
Once, in a while I'll get a false alarm. Although, it's typically due to a new monitoring IP that needs whitelisting.
It is my favorite platform for just monitoring websites. The outage simulator, easy tree-style interface, and awesome support will always make it a great system to work with.
The issue we do have is false notifications, that tend to wake up engineers in the middle of the night for no reason.
It's been the most accurate and stable monitoring system I have ever used plus their great customer service and affordable plans.
My main complaint is that their configuration UI is somewhat clunky and slow. Multiple page reloads are often performed for simple updates, and this can make it very slow to make bulk changes.
I've very happy for using your production. It's so great to see in detail what we need from outside from the world.
Also support for mobile is extremely poor, the mobile app works but the website itself is utterly unusable.
