I am pleasantly surprised at how powerful and comprehensive the software is for the annual cost. The ease of use and simplicity are outstanding.

Mike: Hi, my name is Mike. I'm an architect and a facilities manager for a non-profit organization. And I would give Upkeep a four out of five. We were a paper-based organization before, and we found particular challenges with that. And so that was the main feature that really helped onboard us to the Upkeep program, because we just found so much value in this program and being able to be transparent with everyone within the organization and with our vendors and administration, et cetera, et cetera. So this was the main reason why we decided to go with Upkeep. The onboarding process and integration of Upkeep was a really seamless process, thanks to the folks that work at the company. They really help you walk through the entire process of getting everyone up to speed. They really help you with uploading your facilities and your properties, and just making sure that you understand how the software works to ensure that your workflow is as efficient as possible because of that. So that's a very amazing and seamless process. If you're looking to streamline your workflow, I think that Upkeep is the perfect solution for you. It provides transparency, it provides efficiency, and it's just a fantastic program overall. Also, if you are pro-environment and you're looking to cut down on paper usage, this is also a fantastic solution. You won't find that you'll be saving stacks of paper, you'll go fully digital and you'll just find that this really helps with your workflow and with the efficiency of your organization.
Nisarg: My first name is Nisarg. I am working at purchasing clerk for a construction company with a size between 100 and 250, and I would give a rating of four out of five for eMaint CMMS. So I joined the company about a year ago, and from ever since we have been using eMaint and from the colleagues I've learned that we have been using for around two years or more. So I'm not sure which software we were using before that, but it's been running pretty smooth and efficient for a construction company like us. eMaint is an exceptional maintenance management software that has truly transformed the way our organization works. So it enables us to track our inventory and equipment in real time. It also enables us to manage our maintenance workflows. Navigating through the eMaint software is pretty simple and it's intuitive. So no extensive training is required to get started and to pick up speed. The ease of use has been crucial in ensuring that our tasks get completed on time and it's well integrated with other softwares, which is like ERP. So honestly, I don't have the firsthand experience with the onboarding team that was part of bringing the software to the company. But from my colleagues' experience, I could say that the process was very smooth and the support team from eMaint has helped us a lot to get it started. And initial and recurring training sessions were quite extensive to assist new learners, new users like me, to learn it quickly and get expertise on it. So eMaint's assessment management capabilities are top notch. It allows us to maintain our comprehensive database of assets and enables to track the inventory. So whenever preventive maintenance is required on one of our vehicles, this feature in eMaint helps us a lot. It enables us to set up the schedules based on time, usage, condition and records. So sometimes it's easy to overlook the critical maintenance task, but with eMaint you cannot forget to schedule your maintenance task. So this proactive approach has helped us to reduce the equipment downtime and ensure that our vehicles, our equipment, are up and running all the time without any difficulties. Additionally, the reporting and analytics tools in eMaint are very powerful and up to date, so we can generate custom reports based on the data and enables us to analyze maintenance trends, costs, and performance metrics.
