We like the ease of use and the fact that it is fairly easy to customize to our needs. CareVoyant staff, including tech support, are very friendly and helpful as well as easily accessible.

We found if you are looking for the lines of business that I mentioned, it is the best fit. CV's owner, their support and develop teams are invested in making the product the best that it can be.

Documentation on the software is lacking. It can be difficult at first to learn the processes of how to do things correctly.

It would have been much more anxiety provoking to have to figure out all the things that Simple Practice provides on my own.
They have a good "reports" option so that you can see outstanding invoices, insurance claims, etc. plus a number of other categories. I really love how easy SP makes it to submit insurance claims.
The one feature I have been having trouble with is regarding the recent update adding Couple profiles.

As a single practitioner and business owner, I don't have a full staff, so this really enabled me to be able to do everything, bill my clients as well as collect payments and document all their care, all in one simple, easy format. One of the simplest setups ever, and I don't have to worry about anything else because it's all right there. And so I'm not having to tell my clients, "Oh, wait. Let me get back to the office," because the office is always there with me on my phone, or my laptop, or my iPad. Super simple. If you're looking for a really efficient and easy to utilize software for your practice, I highly recommend taking a look at SimplePractice. Pop into the app store, look at it. You can download the free trial if even necessary to get a feel for it, take it for a test drive, so to speak. And I think you'll really be pleased with what they have to offer, the support services, but most importantly, the ease of use and the efficiency that it allows you to have to take back your life and your day.
