The app for field staff is brilliant and easy to use. The log in and out feature is great.
The filters don't stick, why do I have to keep telling it I don't want to see things outside my area. This is going to get worse and worse as other areas of cbi migrate over.
This streamlined access not only saves us time but also supports our commitment to high-quality care, allowing us to focus on our patients while confidently meeting compliance and reporting standards.
Unable to generate hard copy report of client file. During scheduling, the time involved in loading pages was originally hard to bear.
The software is constantly improving and has many features that can help ease reporting, administration, and scheduling. Great date exploration tool to be able to build custom reports.
Whenever I complain about the data exploration problems, they offer solutions for a very hefty fee. This should be something they're fixing, not us.
I like the dashboard display options. The ability to add custom fields in some of the areas like demographics for both employees and clients, client contacts and service to name a few is great.
Ive used a lot of software and this one is by far the worst experience. Its also quite clear this was not meant for nursing use and geared to psw use.
We like the ease of use and the fact that it is fairly easy to customize to our needs. CareVoyant staff, including tech support, are very friendly and helpful as well as easily accessible.
Cons: Creating Staff buy in is always a challenge, but we went from having no software to having it in the home and that is a difficult process to change.
I have watched the application grow over the years and am pleased with the changes made. Staff and owner really listen to their clients and are interested in making the product better.
Cons: Creating Staff buy in is always a challenge, but we went from having no software to having it in the home and that is a difficult process to change.
We found if you are looking for the lines of business that I mentioned, it is the best fit. CV's owner, their support and develop teams are invested in making the product the best that it can be.
I lost good employees because they were so frustrated with the software. We left Carevoyant after using them for 15 months.
Excellent system from referral, to point of care, to billing. Some challenges, but overall an excellent affordable system.
Documentation on the software is lacking. It can be difficult at first to learn the processes of how to do things correctly.
Leighton: Hi, my name is Leighton. I'm an IT administrator and I give AlayaCare four out of five stars. Click below for more reviews. Before AlayaCare, we had a bespoke in-house developed software solution for managing patient medical data of all kinds. And while it was great at first, it started to show a lot of cracks over time and maintaining that legacy infrastructure became a real pain. So we knew that we had to switch to something more modern and that's where AlayaCare came in to enable us to have our patient data securely stored in the cloud and also take the responsibility of IT maintenance away from us. We chose AlayaCare because it certainly had one of the more intuitive workflows of these kinds of software technologies out there. It also proved to be surprisingly flexible for our needs. We can design all kinds of reports and forms and do data analysis. And while it's not perfect, it is certainly a big upgrade from where we came from. It wasn't really difficult for us to deploy AlayaCare in our environment. We had to have about 50 people get onboarded with that in a pretty short amount of time. And while there were certainly were some speed bumps, it was not a terribly difficult thing to do. And this was also with people of very different levels of tech literacy. So AlayaCare was pretty natural for them to get used to and was pretty quick for us to deploy and start using in a live environment. I would recommend AlayaCare to medium sized private health organizations that are looking for cloud-based solutions for securely managing patient data and infrastructure of a healthcare facility. AlayaCare is not perfect for all healthcare businesses. It is definitely more suited to healthcare businesses that are providing care for patients outside of a hospital setting. So like physiotherapy clinics or senior homes, this kind of thing. And depending on your exact use case, there may be certain, very specific aspects that are lacking, hence why I gave it four instead of five stars. But for most cases out there, for most groups in the healthcare industry, this will be more than adequate.
