We like the ease of use and the fact that it is fairly easy to customize to our needs. CareVoyant staff, including tech support, are very friendly and helpful as well as easily accessible.
Cons: Creating Staff buy in is always a challenge, but we went from having no software to having it in the home and that is a difficult process to change.
I have watched the application grow over the years and am pleased with the changes made. Staff and owner really listen to their clients and are interested in making the product better.

Documentation on the software is lacking. It can be difficult at first to learn the processes of how to do things correctly.

Point of Care is a great feature for CNA documentation. Utilzing the dashboard to see real time the progress of documentation is key for leadership.
There are a lot of functions that we do not use, and sometimes the back-end set-up is difficult - but that should be expected on a complicated product.
Also, being able to troubleshoot without the help of technical support is amazing. The pulse community is extremely active (timely responses) and super friendly.
Workflow and layout are not user friendly. Aesthetically unpleasant for the eye.
