Time-tracking application that enables project managers, accountants, lawyers and freelancers to track visits of team members on web pages, URLs, programs while managing invoices, payroll & more.
Law firms looking for an easy-to-use practice management software to manage case details, documents, contacts, time tracking, billing, and invoicing all in one place.
Has made my life so much in completely tracking for me. I highly recommend this product. The customer support is awesome and very helpful as well.
Keeping track of time with online or desktop timers was useless because I so often forgot to start or stop the timer. I am frequently interrupted, so it was very hard to be accurate with time.
It is very good concept of saving time. The part where we can see the automatic time is awesome and way it handles it is good.
I'm so bad at remembering to start a timer and stop it, and am constantly switching between tasks--this makes keeping track of what I'm working on much easier.
At first i used in my personal computer to see how it works, and i love it. By getting the info of all the time you pass into any thing when you work help to improve my performance.
I was disappointed by many other apps because they required me to have to remember to punch in/out or start/stop a timer in order to keep a log of activity.
Overall, this is a wonderful way to track my time per job. The program is simply and I can track my time from my smartphone which is very helpful when I am on the road.
A few missing integrations (Google Inbox, Franz, Skype, Wrike, etc.). A little pricey for multiple devices.
The best feature we love is the case management as it is super easy for us to retrieve the requested document as and when asked by the client.
My only complaint is downloading data is virtually impossible. We needed to duplicate our documents and had a really hard time doing so.
They take good care of me and I can see from updates that they are always working to improve the user experience. I am just SO PLEASED with MyCase.
So, a client with multiple cases, is an issue. Drafting of documents is horrible.
Customer support is very responsive and they are always making updates to improve the product. As a solo firm this program has been a great fit and very affordable.
The reports could be easier to follow/understand. It seems all the reports would be related, but it gets confusing.
I have been using it for years. They continue to make improvement and we are very happy with the product.
Even worse, they are pretending like they own their "themes" so that I cannot simply migrate my website to an affordable site. I haven't made a lot of mistakes in life, but MyCase was one of them.
Amal: My name is Amal. I'm an attorney at a small law firm and I give MyCase a rating of 5-stars. Prior to using MyCase, we used to use Clio software management. Clio was just a little bit more expensive, and to get all of the features that MyCase has under one price, we had to keep upgrading and purchasing separate items. MyCase was a game changer for our estate planning and probing practice. MyCase was very user-friendly. It had a lot of features, everything that we really needed. Everything was in one place, including billing, communications with clients, document collection. And clients actually love MyCase because they have their own client portal where they can access all of their documents, upload their own, and access their invoices and other tasks on their case. Transitioning from Clio to MyCase was a very easy process. People from MyCase reached out and supervised the whole process. They walked us through kind of collecting all of the information and data they needed and transferred it over to MyCase. It was a pretty straightforward process. And just kind of starting with MyCase was very easy, as I said. It's very user-friendly. And yeah, it's very easy to use. If you are looking for a software to streamline your practice, organize your tasks, and really just keep your staff on task and calendar, MyCase is the one for you.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
