MRPeasy vs Inform ERP: Which is a better fit?

It is a brilliant piece of software that has saved me and my staff hours of work, enabling us to be so much more efficient. The design, operation and implementation is so clear and easy to use.

Before subscribing, MRPEasy team was very forthcoming and open to communication. However, one month of using this software was a complete disaster.

I like that it is quite easy to customize the views, (once you have learned how to do it). The amount of customizable options are also very good compared to some other programs.

Kind of hard to get back on track once you've taken a wrong turn.

Very happy using MRPeasy. It has significantly matured our business processes and has overall been a successful implementation in the business.

All the data I require is in the system, but not always the easiest to access or generate a report about.

On more than one occasion I've provided feedback on certain screens and have had the response come back that yes, that sounds like a good change to make and we'll release that change in a week or so.

There's a lot of potential in the software capability but every aspect of use is limited. There's a lot of features that are "almost there", but to fix them costs extra.

What I like most is that DDI makes there program very user friendly, which helps out a great deal when training new hires.

I had a conversation with their support staff last week where I mentioned an issue we've been seeing for a number of months and he said it was a known issue but nobody had bothered to communicate it.

Version 18 is a huge improvement over previous versions , the ability to see snap shots of products while adding an order is wonderful.

Sometimes we have software issues that causes input information the printer reader to "disagree.

Knowledgeable, and extremely willing to help us succeed. Online training is great.

There is so much data that it is hard to find where to get it. Intakes some digging and time that you don't always have.

The support staff has been wonderful helping us get the most out of our software.

Some of the options are confusing or don't give you what you expect them to.
