Suited for organizations that want efficiency in scheduling.
Public transit, People Transportation, Cold Cain food and drug delivery, Value Transportation, Oil and Gas, Mining and heavy machinery, tow trucks wreckers,
RideScheduler is cost effective, as previously noted super easy to use, including running reports, and the staff is great.
Sometimes it is difficult to see because it is initially small.
It's easy to train our new drivers, it's easy to enter or edit information. Steve Ewart is quite responsive to requests for changes, fixes, etc., very easy to work with, and very fun and pleasant.
I have been using it since 2005 with insignificant down time. Initially RideScheduler was used for coordinating 1 volunteer driver program and now it is used for 3 separate volunteer driver programs.
The software is excellent for small to medium sized transportation services. It is very user friendly and the reports are a great way to present to decision makers who make decisions on the service.
I'm on the east coast so communication with the west coast can be tricky. It sometimes takes many emails or calls to get a response to questions.
I would highly recommend RideScheduler to any organization wishing to remain competent in the volunteer driver arena. You will love the feedback from your drivers.
We have been very happy as we have moved a good portion of our fleet to Eyeride.
If there was anything, the unit developed a problem with a simcard replacement. Eyeride sent me a new one within a week, so no further problem.
Very happy with the platform. I've been using it 2+ years now and it's for sure saved me money on managing my fleet and made me more in control of it.
The problems solved are customer boredom, having to constantly monitor or adjust a bus movie, which has other issues, and any working customers seem to get their work done while riding on the bus.
I did all of the installs myself and they took about 2 or 3 hours each while taking my time. I like how everything is all on one dashboard that is pretty easy to navigate through.
Sometimes have low connectivity with WIFI but with eyeride you can actually see what.
I needed help navigating the dashboard. Sensitive content hidden] was great at assisting me with that.
