HiRUM Software Solutions vs Resly: Which is a better fit?

Great reporting system and the more I use the additional reports the better I like it.

When a user makes an error or wrong amount entered it sometime mean we have to delete everything and start again.

I am blown away by there professionalism and complete knowledge of HiRUM. If I do require some assistance they are more than happy help and I learn different things or ways to do what I need.

Not real sure of any dislikes , l only stick with what l need and know how to use.

Hirum is reliable Easy to use Great support if needed.

The ease of use we have 3 people that access Hirum 70% of their day. It is very user friendly and easily to become accustomed to.

Having only used the software for 3 weeks, I am very happy thus far. I love the flexibility it offers and am excited to see how we can maximise results going forward.

You'd be mad not to go with Resly - make your life easier.

We are extremely satisfied with Resly, the ease of operation and the support is excellent.

Needs more status colours and can't see and letters of the name for 1N bookings. Entering new Direct Bkg not efficient - Need to be able to enter no.

Love love love that it is true cloud build and design so I can access it from any browser anywhere. Love that I can have mulitple screens open at once.

Sort Order - this appears to be all over the shop. Pls look at display order of charges, agents, rate plans etc.

Have had the best experience using the software and the support team are just amazing.

It is cloud based, so no longer waiting for the computer.
