PIMSY Mental Health EHR vs Patagonia Health: Which is a better fit?

The system is very robust with a lot of great features and has ability for customization (done internally or with PIMSY's help).

We had a dedicated IT team and seasoned clinicians and nurses, the system was universally disliked. We had to cut our losses with this system and move to another vendor.

Our overall experience with Pimsy has been wonderful. The staff are incredibly helpful and available for any and all trouble-shooting and the system is constantly evolving.

The only con comes in the form of complaints from users about how the Surveys (forms, basically) are presented.

It helps us manage our behavioral health practice more efficiently. We are able to have a fully fledged EHR with a lot of features and a pretty nice interface at an affordable price.

It has to be connected to the internet, so if the web connection drops the software will shutdown. This can be difficult when working in incremental weather.

I think it is incredibly user friendly and fits perfect with our business objectives. Your customer support could not be any better.

Pimsy has reduced all missed signatures issues by populating all signatures to all document that requires signatures.

We just got out of the training stage and the individual that they had training us did a wonderful job and made the few days of training a lot of fun and made it easy to understand.

It can be difficult to fix a error. There tends to need to be multiple people to complete a simple mistake.

I can really appreciate the ease of documentation with the Patagonia EHR. For the most part, I am pleased with the system.

This has caused a lot of disgruntled and angry patients in additional to creating more work for everyone.

Overall we've had a great experience with Patagonia Health from day 1. They are very responsive to tickets, apply frequent updates, and have had great communication over the years.

This is somewhat frustrating when I have clients waiting.

Very responsive company to deal with. Perfect for a Public Health agency that is small in size and does not have full time staff dedicated to monitor and work with EHR.

The lag time and sometimes the error messages.
