Resumate has been a great recruiter software for me. It is very user friendly and the customer service is 'over the top.
Customer Service - I may have had 2 circumstances in 20 years where I thought something went crazy with the software. In reality it was part user (me) error and an MS issue.
We have used Resumate with great success for 10+ years now and have recommended the product to other recruiters in our network who have been happy users.
There is little to no support to conversions so you basically lose all your existing data if you make the switch to RESUMate.

Any information listed on a candidates profile notes could be altered through edits or deletion. You also could not easily match a job to a candidate using just their profile.
This software is finally the software we were looking for. It is all in one, it is easy to use, it is a good pricing structure, and it is so helpful.
Customer service was terrible. They take 4 days to reply and live chat feature does not work either.
The ease of use in particular, the beautiful and intuitive interface, all the features that complete this software in overall and the price, kinda affordable.
The process for job offers is a bit confusing and could be reworked.

Tara: Hi, my name is Tara. I am the Marketing Manager at Impact Technology Group. We are an IT firm for businesses and I give Freshteams a rating of four out of five. So we used BambooHR before switching to Freshteams. We ended up switching because their prices were increasing and they weren't adding any kind of value, so we switched from them over to Freshteams. So we chose Freshteams because they had many of the different features we were looking for. We wanted an applicant tracking system as well as an HR system. So it's the best of both worlds with incoming candidates and also keeping track of our employees and their time off requests. So their onboarding was fairly easy. They did supply a lot of the information we needed to get started. Once we plugged in all of our information and our job descriptions, it was pretty much just plug and play. So it was a pretty simple onboarding process. When considering switching to Freshteams, you could also look at the different integrations that they have because they do have integrations with other applications you may already use, whereas other HR systems may not have those integrations. So definitely check those out as well as the value for the price that you're paying.
