Kennel Connection vs Pawfinity: Which is a better fit?

In summary, my longstanding relationship with Software Connection has been marked by reliability, innovation, and outstanding customer service.

It's been horrible, called support and they not taking responsibility for a bad software.

Oh I might mention I love that we integrate it with other computers in my salons it's wonderful to be able to check one out and check in, on the other computer at the same time.

There are frequent run time errors, features sometimes don't work properly and the inability to switch between open windows without closing them is just annoying.

I absolutely love when it's time to add on to our existing Kennel Connection services and there is a SALE going on. Kevin was great in helping procuring the grooming add on module.

Frustrating to move dogs because of steps. Training program very indadequate.

Ease of use on the desktop, and amazing customer service, even for someone like me who is not tech savvy.

Everything is manual and takes too long, and like a previous reviewer mentioned - you need to close out of every thing you do in order to see other tabs. The run time errors are annoying.

I love the ease of booking clients for their appointments and the reminders and confirmations emails that automatically go out are great.

Avoid this software at all costs until they work the bugs out of version 3.0 (which was already reverted once due to massive negative customer feedback). Their customer service is horrible.

Love that it works across all my devices, so if I have an issue with one, I can use it on another. Customer service when I was first starting out was over the top awesome.

The exceptionally poor customer service provided by the "support team. After weeks of correspondence regarding missing invoices and incorrect client finances, we had to leave Pawfinity.

I liked the pet profile and their functionality, I loved the scheduling and how easy it was to add services and edit them. The dashboard is very nicely laid out.

My only con is that I wasted my time using other software options before them.

The customer service is superb and quick to help. Any small issue that has arisen Bill has immediately fixed for me.

The online booking interface is severely lacking.
