It's been horrible, called support and they not taking responsibility for a bad software.
Oh I might mention I love that we integrate it with other computers in my salons it's wonderful to be able to check one out and check in, on the other computer at the same time.
There are frequent run time errors, features sometimes don't work properly and the inability to switch between open windows without closing them is just annoying.
I absolutely love when it's time to add on to our existing Kennel Connection services and there is a SALE going on. Kevin was great in helping procuring the grooming add on module.

Ease of use on the desktop, and amazing customer service, even for someone like me who is not tech savvy.
Everything is manual and takes too long, and like a previous reviewer mentioned - you need to close out of every thing you do in order to see other tabs. The run time errors are annoying.
The staff are also very helpful and the on-boarding process was very smooth and they talked me through everything important on the program which was a big help.
The only other struggle I had was figuring out pricing and how to set it up for specific people/ services, etc.
I love that most everything can be personalized to your specific business. The interface is my favorite because of the functionality, color scheme, personalized pictures, & whimsical design.
Currently, if you make a billing adjustment to a sent invoice, the adjustment doesn't post on the client's end until the following invoice. It's not a huge deal, but does confuse some clients.
Exceptional service by the team, great user friendly app. It has improved by ability to keep up with my busy, growing business.
I find the typeface a little difficult to read which can be challenging with daily use. The tipping feature still needs to be built out more so we've needed to come up with a work around for that.
And when taking care of pets, it can be a little hectic sometimes. So to have this as my baseline is reassuring and extremely helpful.
That would show me my real workload. New clients experienced issues with the software 'freezing.
