The customer support has been excellent and the staff is always wonderful to deal with.
The reports are often confusing and missing data because we are not sure what needs input where. The training classes have not been real helpful as they are more general and not specific to our needs.
We are self hosted so we need more help then most of Cority's other customers but their customer support has been amazing and top quality.
Inability to show user only what is applicable to them when they are in a specific module; for instance, only have incident lookup values available when in incident not also audit values.
I mainly support the application, but our users love the software and the technical & customer service staff are very friendly & helpful.
Because I am not an IT person, at times it’s hard for me to understand that aspect of the software.
We are excited about getting our IT team and them together so we analyze if IT will be happy with our choice. Being able to have all documentation needed for ISO in one place will assist us so much.
There are some many features that are available that we have no idea about or how to use them.
EASE has been amazing to work with. From setting up the system, to support when there is a question.
The only thing that I dislike is how easy a request can get stuck and send notification of action repeatedly.
The Customer service is Awesome with this company. Anytime I have an issue it is resolved ASAP with Great response.

Alway helpful, fast and friendly. Monthly 'Office Hours' and quarterly meetings are so helpful to keep you up to date and informed about what EASE is working on.
I oversee multiple plants; I again struggle when pulling reports for each individual plant and transitioning back and forth.
Ease has made my job easier and much more convenient. The ability to assign and track audits and corrective actions through ease has definitely made my job more enjoyable.
The software is in development and the functionality is limited.
