Cority vs GlacierGrid: Which is a better fit?

The customer support has been excellent and the staff is always wonderful to deal with.

The reports are often confusing and missing data because we are not sure what needs input where. The training classes have not been real helpful as they are more general and not specific to our needs.

We are self hosted so we need more help then most of Cority's other customers but their customer support has been amazing and top quality.

Inability to show user only what is applicable to them when they are in a specific module; for instance, only have incident lookup values available when in incident not also audit values.

I mainly support the application, but our users love the software and the technical & customer service staff are very friendly & helpful.

Because I am not an IT person, at times it’s hard for me to understand that aspect of the software.

We are excited about getting our IT team and them together so we analyze if IT will be happy with our choice. Being able to have all documentation needed for ISO in one place will assist us so much.

There are some many features that are available that we have no idea about or how to use them.

The CoInspect app is an exciting and innovative tool that motivates my staff when conducting quality.

Sometimes the sensors can go down and if you don't have your notifications setup right you'll miss out and defeat the purpose of the product.

I think its a great product and so far we've only really had a good experience.

Boring, forces you to do it, sometimes paper could be faster.

We are able to drill down into reports and find them very easy. To make a check list is easy as well, we enjoy using Coinspect as they are growing the different functions to meet our needs.

Pretty basic design but gets the job done. Downside is you have to do it or the boss will know.

The truth is, unlike any other apps out there, CoInspect is very straight forward and easy to use. Never found any app better than this.

The software has cut audit times in half and has an organized dashboard to track previous audits.
