The customer support has been excellent and the staff is always wonderful to deal with.
The reports are often confusing and missing data because we are not sure what needs input where. The training classes have not been real helpful as they are more general and not specific to our needs.
We are self hosted so we need more help then most of Cority's other customers but their customer support has been amazing and top quality.
Inability to show user only what is applicable to them when they are in a specific module; for instance, only have incident lookup values available when in incident not also audit values.
I mainly support the application, but our users love the software and the technical & customer service staff are very friendly & helpful.
Because I am not an IT person, at times it’s hard for me to understand that aspect of the software.

There are some many features that are available that we have no idea about or how to use them.
Easy to access, easy for users to update and movement of reports between work areas is great. Assessments can be updated and or approved by line managers swiftly and easily.
Needs more box the enter problems. The dropdowns are a little annoying when they dont have what you want.
Ease of updating or inputting SDS sheets and super easy extract sds already on the system.
Search engine for SDS fails to locate the SDS despite it residing in the system. So resource should be allocated to manage this database.
The COSHH365 is a Comprehensive application which covers most aspects of health and safety.
Not many features too wrong with this site that i can think of.
Use for positive interventions. It relatively easy to use.
