MedTrainer vs Cority: Which is a better fit?

I like the convenience of being able to load all of the expiration dates on the system and have it send reminders when the expiration date is getting close. Loved the ease of assigning classes.

Hazardous Waste, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, BioHaz. Electrical and Maintenance.

The customer support provided is also outstanding. I can't say enough great things about MedTrainer or their service.

There are several odd things like when you go to upload an external transcript, the button states "multiple" and not single so you have to drag and drop versus opening a browser to connect to a file.

The value you receive for the price is the best part of the package. All of the pieces are there that you need to meet most compliance needs and the basic functionality of each piece is good.

Some of the trainings need some work, edited for spelling errors even.

I like the ease of use and the ability to create custom courses to fit the needs of our organization.

More recently we have been having issues with multiple staff having to have their password reset for no apparent reason.

The customer support has been excellent and the staff is always wonderful to deal with.

The reports are often confusing and missing data because we are not sure what needs input where. The training classes have not been real helpful as they are more general and not specific to our needs.

We are self hosted so we need more help then most of Cority's other customers but their customer support has been amazing and top quality.

Inability to show user only what is applicable to them when they are in a specific module; for instance, only have incident lookup values available when in incident not also audit values.

I mainly support the application, but our users love the software and the technical & customer service staff are very friendly & helpful.

Because I am not an IT person, at times it’s hard for me to understand that aspect of the software.

We are excited about getting our IT team and them together so we analyze if IT will be happy with our choice. Being able to have all documentation needed for ISO in one place will assist us so much.

There are some many features that are available that we have no idea about or how to use them.
