Cority vs MY Compliance Management: Which is a better fit?

Great company to work with, good customer service. Always impressed with the forward thinking and continued improvement and advancements.

The reports are often confusing and missing data because we are not sure what needs input where. The training classes have not been real helpful as they are more general and not specific to our needs.

We are self hosted so we need more help then most of Cority's other customers but their customer support has been amazing and top quality.

Inability to show user only what is applicable to them when they are in a specific module; for instance, only have incident lookup values available when in incident not also audit values.

The customer support has been excellent and the staff is always wonderful to deal with.

Because I am not an IT person, at times it’s hard for me to understand that aspect of the software.

I mainly support the application, but our users love the software and the technical & customer service staff are very friendly & helpful.

There are some many features that are available that we have no idea about or how to use them.

I was on the purchasing and set-up teams for this system and the feedback we have received from our users has been excellent. The data is secure and easy to access.

Audit creation missing features such as signature. Limited options other than Pass/Fail.

My Compliance all in all is an extremely useful application, it has mobile apps for incidents, which is great for our on site workers. It has a NCR app which helps massively.

I was very nervous during the selection period and wanted to be sure I didn't buy in to a burdensome, "clunky" system. This could not have been further from what I found with My Compliance.

The System is great to use, and it is growing to accommodate the requirements of it's users. The software is easy to use, and the interfaces in the software make navigating easy.

I have used other software systems that claim to do the same but they always significantly more expensive and usually more difficult to use or have a limited number of licences.

I love how easy to use the system is, in our organisation we have a very wide range of users from cleaning staff and caretakers to managing directors and all are able to use the system with ease.

The only current downside to the system is that there isn't many upload functions, when setting up the system it took quite a while and when we need to bulk load anything it is time consuming.
