Cority vs Radar Healthcare: Which is a better fit?

Great company to work with, good customer service. Always impressed with the forward thinking and continued improvement and advancements.

The reports are often confusing and missing data because we are not sure what needs input where. The training classes have not been real helpful as they are more general and not specific to our needs.

We are self hosted so we need more help then most of Cority's other customers but their customer support has been amazing and top quality.

Inability to show user only what is applicable to them when they are in a specific module; for instance, only have incident lookup values available when in incident not also audit values.

The customer support has been excellent and the staff is always wonderful to deal with.

Because I am not an IT person, at times it’s hard for me to understand that aspect of the software.

I mainly support the application, but our users love the software and the technical & customer service staff are very friendly & helpful.

There are some many features that are available that we have no idea about or how to use them.

Radar are providing great project support for a robust implementation process and are customer focused and responsive to our needs.

At the time of reporting, the Risk Register module is less configurable than the events module.

Most importantly it enables us to ensure the safety of the people we support and gives us great evidence of a robust quality assurance process for the regulator.

The risk module does not fully meet our needs without some judicious 'work-arounds.

Designed with flexibility in mind, excellent analytics and opportunity for continuously developing its application within our quality management systems.

This is on the 'to do' list for Radar to develop further. The audit module is also currently limited to 'yes / no' questions, but a second version is currently in the test stage.

Their customer service and approach to listening to their customers has to be my favourite part of their software. Great support initially - and their enthusiasm and support has been flawless.
