Threads Culture vs Cognology: Which is a better fit?

The folks at Threads are the most helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable people I have ever dealt with. I have always found them to be available to help me with an issue and solve it quickly.

If you are not working well with your colleagues the customers will know and it will impact the business as a whole.

We sprung for the in-person training and the staff really enjoyed it - got great feedback. The CEO is a great public speaker and everyone could relate to what he was preaching.

Limited options for different review types (i.e an abbreviated review as opposed to a full one). Org chart operation was cumbersome (in my opinion, but it could be my fault).

I can honestly say that their staff is wonderful - our client rep who assisted us with our implementation was great to work with. Always extremely helpful.

Since I had done all the research and made the case for the switch, I was a bit nervous as to how it all would come together.

We provided the requested data to Threads and their team took care of the setup. I can only describe my experience with Threads as "Awesome" throughout the entire process up to and including training.

Sometimes it's hard to find time to log in and write a review.

Very good from investigating our options to implementation all interaction with the team is positive.

Exceptional, I am just regretful that I did not start using this software earlier.

It's extremely user friendly and easy to navigate; integrates with our other systems and offers interactive opportunities for teams to communicate with each other and their manager.

Sign off process is a little confusing. Folder management is also a bit clunky.

All new starters are highly impressed with the professionalism of the system. Customer service from Cognology is very responsive.

We had some initial problems when setting up the system, however these were taken into account and often addressed in the next upgrade.

Fantastic support team who do everything possible to help customers get value from the product.
